This website gives a layman definition of AI. Yes I'm an expert technologist and have been at this for over 25 years. I like to keep things simple and clear and concise without any sales pitches or rhetoric that is happening so much today in AI and technology in general. It's a balance of keeping it human and using technology to make things better for all of us. At AI Grandpa, the vision is to become a resource to help the adult population better understand Technology, empower people to leverage technology, and be a future footprint that we leave for our next generation. I'm young enough to innovate and win. I'm experienced enough to do it right. My vision encompasses not only technological advancements but also solving global challenges for the aging population through AI.
Sometimes it makes sense to learn something new! My only goal now is to help those to better understand AI and how you can use it every day in your own life.
AI Technology influences every aspect of modern living, from science, culture, to business, medicine, and beyond. Learn how it can make your life easier, more enjoyable, and give you the advantage over others. Also learn the Risk of AI and how it will impact Humanity.

Keep it Human in the era of AI and Geopolitical Madness! “AI and robots will replace all jobs. Working will be optional”
A bold claim, but it’s not a done deal. Automation is already reshaping industries—manufacturing, logistics, and even white-collar fields like law and finance are seeing AI take over repetitive tasks. Studies like Frey and Osborne’s 2013 report estimated 47% of jobs in the US could be automated, and more recent advances in AI, like large language models and robotics, push that boundary further. Warehouses use robots for picking and packing; AI handles data analysis, customer service, and even creative tasks like writing or design.
But "all jobs" is a stretch. Some roles—those requiring deep human judgment, emotional intelligence, or creativity in unpredictable contexts (think therapists, artists, or strategic leaders)—are harder to fully automate. Plus, new jobs emerge as tech evolves. The internet killed some jobs (like travel agents) but created others (like app developers). AI could do the same, spawning roles we can’t yet predict.
As for "working will be optional," it depends on economics and policy. If AI boosts productivity massively, wealth could theoretically be redistributed to support a post-work society—ideas like universal basic income (UBI) come up here. Experiments, like Finland’s 2017 UBI trial, showed mixed results: less stress, but not always more employment. Without strong policy, though, inequality could spike, leaving many jobless without a safety net. Tech optimists like Elon Musk push the optional-work vision, but skeptics point out that capitalism tends to prioritize profit over leisure for all.
So, not all jobs will vanish, but many will. Work becoming optional hinges on society’s ability to share AI’s gains equitably. Keep Human and add value and get insight today! Follow me on X and Linkedin. My goal is for Human Surival not money.
